Christmas Windows

This year, the bookshop has had earthy preoccupations - folk art and strange traditions in August; ferments and pickles in November - and Christmas is no exception. With Saturnalian thoughts of ancient rites and pagan Yuletide festivities in mind, we've turned our windows into a snowy woodland glade that could be waiting in expectation for the Lord of Misrule or the Wild Hunt to pass through. The creatures that populate it are the incredible work of Kim Zoë Wagner and are all available to buy.

For more information on Kim's work, visit her website. A special thanks to the lovely people at Gibbs & Haynes for providing such atmospheric logs.
