Putting together our windows at the Bookshop requires a lot of work behind the scenes - whether it's icing a birthday cake for Samuel Beckett, constructing fake ice-cream cones with PVA glue and sprinkles, or building a six-foot straw man to celebrate the Tate's Folk Art exhibition.
