She has written and edited more than 20 books, and her writing has appeared in numerous publications including The New York Times and Bon Appétit. Her forthcoming book, Tasting Rome (Clarkson Potter), co-authored with Kristina Gill, will be published in early 2016. She blogs at Parla Food.
