The Bookshop

Our closest tube stations are:

• Southampton Row: 59, 68, X68, 91, 168, 188

• Bicycle racks are available in the back courtyard
• The Bookshop can't assume responsibility for damage or theft of bicycles left on-site.
• If you wish to use the Santander Cycle Hire scheme, a docking station can be found on the corner of Great Russell Street and Montague Street.

If you're planning to visit by car, please be aware that the Bookshop doesn't offer parking facilities

There are two entrances to the shop: the main entrance on Bury Place and a side entrance on Pied Bull Yard. Both entrances have a single step at the door. We have a portable wheelchair ramp, which can be used at either entrance.

The ground floor of the Bookshop is fully wheelchair accessible.

The basement level of the shop is accessed via the rear staircase, behind the till on the ground floor. There are 20 steps down to the basement. There is no lift in the Bookshop.

The toilet is accessed via a separate staircase between the Crime Fiction and Travel sections. There are 14 steps down to the toilet. Again, there is no lift access to the toilet.
