Adam Thirlwell

Adam Thirlwell is an author, editor, and contributor to the New York Review of Books, The New York Times and the Guardian. He was included on the 2003 Granta Best of Young British Novelists list before his first novel, Politics, had even been published, and then again in 2013. He has since published two more novels, The Escape and Lurid & Cute, and a novella, Kapow! A project with translation and the novel now includes an essay-book, Miss Herbert; Multiples, a game of literary Telephone which sees 12 stories translated in and out of 18 languages by an array of internationally acclaimed novelists; and most recently Studio Créole, a group show curated for the 2019 Manchester International Festival.
