As the partner of artist and film-maker Derek Jarman, Keith Collins has played a vital role in Jarman's work and legacy. He appears in several of Jarman's films, including The Garden, Edward II and Wittgenstein. He was the editor of the book Smiling In Slow Motion: Derek Jarman, and collaborated with director Matthew Mishory on the short film Delphinium: A Childhood Portrait of Derek Jarman. He continues to oversee and manage the famous gardens built by Jarman at his house 'Prospect Cottage,' in Dungeness, Kent, England.
