The artworks in this pamphlet are inspired by what Mary Wollstonecraft did, what she saw and what she wrote, whilst acting as a war correspondent for the English journal Analytical Review. During her stay in Paris, she visited Versailles, and takes the reader with her as she wanders through the empty palace and deserted gardens. The actual physical space & the resonance of what took place there evoke powerful prose from Wollstonecraft.
